this is unfortunately so familiar to me. my friend had this problem and I too may be starting to develop it. don't do anything immediately dangerous- like suicidal- and today or if you want to wait and tell a friend first then tomorrow, but tell your mom or dad. they care about you and want you to be happy and healthy, and to be able to ENJOY food without worrying about it. your mindset now is that you aren't skinny, food is the enemy, but in reality, you ARE SKINNY, and food is something that should be an enjoyable part of your everyday life! the OCD could be a part of it- talk to your doctor or whoever is currently helping you. The biggest thing is to let people know how you feel so you can get some real help- not me just assuming your life :]

it can be apart of ocd because you can feel not perfect and in place. i have no idea what gad is. but from what you have said i can't see how you can be fat, i am 16, 5'2 and 115 lbs so i have no idea how you would be fat. i understand how you can feel that way, being a teenager is hard enough without weight to think about. honestly start working out, not only will you look and feel better (and have more energy) but you won't feel guilty about eating. also don't weigh yourself or you will become obsessed. hope this helps, be happy!
same height age and weight, I just don't eat lunch at school because I always feel full. It worked for me and I just didn't like eating lunch. But try a small breakfast, no lunch, and then eat dinner. If this doesn't work please go see a doctor, also keep in mind that anarexia is very unhealthy and can destroy you, you are not fat ur thin!
Talk to your school counselor ASAP. You need to get help. I am a bulimic and it started around your age. It is a miserable existence. Trust me, you end up losing so much lik friends, precious moments, etc.
You may not understand it now, but try not to live your life to satisfy society. That is a game you will never win.
Eat to live, focus on positive things besides what you look like. Go to the gym and do things things that make you feel good inside.
Yes it sounds like you have some anxiety over the food you eat. i would recommend therapy and meditation techniques
See your doctor, spend less time on yahoo answers, and you should be fine. You should probably get on some meds.
