Personality/Emotional disorders in children please help me?!

Question: Personality/Emotional disorders in children please help me?
I think my younger sister has a personality disorder, but I'm not sure which one. My dad says he could tell that something was wrong the day she was born. My parents said it was really difficult when she was a toddler. They couldn't discipline her no matter what. She just wouldn't listen. She is still like this. She's 9 years old, and still won't do anything I or my dad tells her to do. It's also really hard to talk to her about anything. If anyone says anything to her, she usually says something mean. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it, but she talks to herself all the time. She also talks in her sleep a lot. She has trouble focusing during school and homework. She does things that a 9 year old should know not to do, like today she walked through the house with mud all over her shoes. Recently, her eye has been twitching a lot. My dad is worried that it has something to do with her nerves. The worst part is that our mother was killed in a violent car accident last March, and I'm afraid that it has made things much worse for my sister. We were in the accident and watched our mother die. This has changed my relationship and my dad's relationship with her. We try to be nice, but it's really hard when she doesn't do anything we tell her, and doesn't help out around the house, so we yell at her a lot. We have talked about that, and have decided to really try and not yell at her anymore. What could be wrong with my sister and what can I do to help her?

Answers:

Mental stress comes often in children because it's not addressed properly, we always look for medication as a cure. the child need to be challenged more, like activities. when she need to pick up after herself, make it fun, sing through it. give her space to sort out things that seem simple to you. yelling will never do, who like to get yelled at. cant respond to angry words. look at it this way, what ever she is going through, its a problem to her, not you.

therapy for troubled kids might help, and also therapy for love ones with troubled kids.

I would be easy for anyone to tell you what you need to do, but in this case, only a professional therapist can give you advice and help with what's going on.
