Any benzo horror stories?!

You mean benzodiazepines? I was prescribed those a long time ago for restless leg syndrome. They do a great job stopping that but caused me to start sleep walking, which I'd never done before (and haven't done since). Pretty creepy waking up in the middle of the night just as you're tripping over something and about to whack into the floor...
