I can't sleep what is my problem?!

Question: I can't sleep what is my problem?
I went to sleep at about 12:07 (midnight seven)

I tried to sleep, but i keep thinking about this horror manga, Uzumaki, and spirals.

These spirals keep on permeating every ingle of my thoughts and the only way I can stop thinking about it is when i keep focused on thinking about something else.

When I focus on thinking about something else, I just cannot sleep because I am too focused.

I also keep on shivering when out of bed for like 1 minute onward.

What is my problem and how do I get rid of it?

Answers:

ummm could be a feever. chills would explain that. even some hallucinations when u close your eyes. i had a fever a few months back and the same thing happened except not manga bc i dont even know what the **** that is! :) sorry...

hey its saturday night. as long as you dont HAVE to go to anything tomorrow like work, then go to bed when you feel tired. even if you have to sleep all day. just miss church for once if you go to church (idk alot of people do). dont worry about it! :)

Wow that's some serious stuff, I hate to say this but I'd go see a doc if I were you. Because that doesn't seem normal. Seems like an OCD thing to me. You might need some sleeping pills to help aid you in falling asleep. Try tylenol pm they're supposed to be non-addictive but I'd ask your general practioner first. Uhm, the thinking is your problem but you already know that sooooo I'm not sure what else to tell you. Exercising helps make you very tired and makes you fall easily asleep at night. You could possibly try that for a while.

Good luck!

Sounds like ur on some good stuff
