Can people with schizophrenia be clam about their hallucinations?!

Question: Can people with schizophrenia be clam about their hallucinations?
My girlfriend was diagnosed schizophrenia like a year ago. She's currently not on medicine. Is she faking if she's like "I hear someone talking/crying/etc" and she's completely calm about it? Wouldn't that like scare a real schizophrenic? The same when she "sees" something. If I seen a man or monster, I would be scared. Why is she just like blah about the situations?

It could be a lot of stuff.
Blunted emotions and affect are symptoms of schizophrenia, and so this might be the cause of the 'blah'.
She might have gotten used to them and isn't as bothered...
And of course she could be faking..she needs to take her meds.

It could affect her differently than others. it depends on how she takes it everyone is different they don't react the same. she probably use to it that it doesn't scare her anymore who knows just ask her

Your pulse says your a female are you bi or a jealous person asking for someone?
Don't say blah blah blah unless your in her shoes you can't fathom what she goes through OK

of course, generally yes, if you get used to things, even upsetting things, they can become les supsetting

its so subtle at first for many, they dont really notice it, then once its more clear, they are already used to it
it seems as real to them as anything, so its not that different or much to be 'upset'about
they are usualyl shocked to find its not real, usualyl when soemoen else tells them

In addition to the hallucinations, she's also likely suffering from delusions. She could have any number of explanations going on in her head about why the talking/crying she can hear shouldn't trouble her.
