Maybe your subconscious just has a lot to think about lately..
It could be because you are overly stressed, or have a lot on your mind lately, maybe more so than usual? Dreams typically come from your subconscious so that may be. I have dreams that are like movies sometimes, that involve my ex's and in specific situations. All things that are on your mind at some point.
