Some times when the scary man is around (visual hallucination), he takes me to a cliff. My world turns into a different place. We stand on a cliff and he tells me to jump. But I've been too scared to jump. What is this called?

You need to begin seeing a therapist as soon as possible. If the hallucinations come back, try to find a phone and call 911.
Considering folks with hallucinations don't know they are having hallucinations I think there is something amiss here.
