Question: Control my anger????
well alot latley ive been getting so angry over the smallest things i even punched my wall because of a video game and now my knuckle is swollen... any ways to keep my anger in or something...

Try this. Ask a family member or close friend to Pull your hair whenever they see you getting mad. If you are by yourself and get mad, Take deep breaths and say to yourself, Why am I mad? You can also relax your brain in this cool way.

1. when you see yourself getting mad, run to the kitchen.

2. Get some ice cubes, then go to a relaxing Or comfortable bed and lay down on your back.

3. Take the ice and wrap it in a towel.

4. Put the towel around your head, kind of like how you would put a blindfold on.

5. Sit there for five minutes. While sitting there, make sure the main place the ice is touching is your temples. This tends to relax your brain muscles, and when your brain muscles are relaxed, any emotion you are feeling at the moment will go away or decrease.

6. Some people say listening to hard core screamo music while doing this helps.



I broke knuckles over punching walls. I resulted in burning myself to calm down, now I'm done with that. When im mad, I work out. Or I hold some ice on one point in my arm for a while, it does the same as burning but no scar.

Or just find something that occupies you and entertains you elsewhere
