When you act younger than what you really are . Like my uncle is 30 years old and acts like a 12 year old ALWAYS with his videogames and smaller kids the age of my brother (11) . He cant have a true conversation with someone his age or my dad , but hes not mental he's actually really smart at math and only knows spanish but is learning english really quick , but he thinks hes like much younger than his true age . Its kinda funny((: lol but hes not mental at all , he just like too have too much fun in a kid way but it kinda gets serious, its waaay too muchh !
