Problems during Anorexia Recovery?!

Question: Problems during Anorexia Recovery?
About a month ago I was sent to a dietitian and support team to start my Anorexia recovery. Whenever my dad feeds me meals he makes sure I get a big glass of chocolate milk along with a 250-300 calorie Snack Cake along with the big meal like ex) big bowl of Spaghetti, or 1 and a half grilled cheese sandwiches. Because I feel like I'm getting fed so much, whenever I can cheat I do. For example, using the lower calorie bread for Grilled Cheese, slicing thin slices of brick cheese for quesedilla, or picking orange juice instead of chocolate milk because it's half the calories. Also, whenever I have to make meals for myself (when my dad's at work) he will usually leave me a list of what to eat and sometimes I'll cheat a little like ex) If i had to share chicken noodle soup with my brother I'd prepare it and only give myself 1/3 or 1/4 of the soup and give him the rest. Or sometimes It will be big, like he will tell me to eat whatever's left of the trail mix or a piece of pie and I will hide it in my room and eat oatmeal or fruit instead.

I know this is wrong but I am still gaining half/almost a pound a week. I am supposed to be gaining about 1 pound a week. Am I really getting fed too much or is it just my E.D? Here's an example of two days eating what my dad prepared... (some of which i substituted things)

I'm a qualified mental health practitioner specialising in eating disorders but I do not know what your question is - you didn't say.

You cannot switch your mindset from anorexia to 'cured' overnight. All recovering anorexics struggle and cheat at some point - it's a self-preserving disorder which won't just vanish on your say-so. Anorexia is what makes people lie and cheat like you mention but I think you're doing really well and putting up a good fight. It's a cruel illness which will try to get its own way all the time. Keep going. Keep fighting and make it clear to your illness that YOUR voice is more important and what you say goes.

Sounds like a perfect diet. It doesn't sound like too much.
