What will help me sleep?!


Question: What will help me sleep?
I'm 13 and usually it takes me like an hour to fall asleep. I'm scared to take sleeping pills, so is there anything that will help me fall asleep quicker? Thanks!

If this is an option, get in bed about 20 minutes before you normally would and lie there comfortably for a bit, basically warming the bed up. If you don't feel like you're going to sleep, then get back up and as much as is practical in the situation, walk around your place a bit with as few clothes on as possible. Sit in front of an open window if this is an option. Maybe just sit on a chair in your room. The point is,you're trying to cool your body down, make yourself cold. After about 15 minutes of being cold, hop back into bed. The abrupt transition from cold to warm will often induce a stupor that will lead to sleep.

there is always trying some hot teas like sleepy time tea it helps if you drink it a little bit before you go to bed it should help relax you so you can sleep and reading a book helps too before going to bed for you will get bored of it long enough to fall asleep.

Exercise during the day and eat better. Sleeping pills won't hurt you. I take them whenever I need a good nights sleep. Pot is pretty effective to.



I like to listen to music when I go to sleep. :)
