Whats wrong with me......help!?!

Question: Whats wrong with me......help!?
Can someone tell me what to do?
Im 17 and my moods have been up and down for a couple years, ive cut myself im on drugs, one minute im calm and focused the next im behaving impulsively erratically, sometimes i keep hearing my mind talking to me its weird and messup up, sometimes when i look at people and there talking to me, ill imgaine them beaten up or stabbed or something and the soul leaving their eyes......or my mind keeps telling me to kill kill kill
People say sometimes im a monster and they dont know how to approach me.....i lie so much it comes naturally, but strangely im top of the class getting straight distinctions
i think im going crazy but im not mental, it seems like everyone else is to normal and they dont get me, not crazy just opening my mind right?
I dont know whether to go to the docs and seek help? Or what to say?
But i dont know because im at uni next year training to be a paramedic and afraid it will effect my chances ?

Are you getting enough sleep?!!! If a person isn't getting enough sleep they start going into a dream state by hallucinating Its normal for a teenager to have erratic mood and impulsion's but their is a big line when you go over to violence.

Medical school is very competitive to get into. If you are doing drugs, (which also damages hypothalamus and other functions of the brain) you will get stupid. You need to be smart. You brain isn't done growing and if you **** it up now its not going to grow as it is supposed to. The frontal lobe is the last part of the brain that develops last. It controls decision making. Meaning if you don't have this functioning right,(which you aren't because you admit making poor decisions), you won't be making good choices. YOu could get fired and yourlicensess taken away because you were caught for stealing drugs. Yourreputationn will be ****.

For being on drugs, I think your family needs to step up and tell you to shut up and listen. You cuts look likehorriblee, your going psychotic from possible lack of sleep.

hi you gotta think if you want to be a paramedic and help people you need to be straight headed so go see doctor and get yourself fixed, if you take drugs it could be why you are feeling like this!!

yeah you want to be a paramedic, and you want to stab people. ironic i think. Go to a doctor, cutting yourself and doing drugs are self inflicted stupid choices, just don't do it.

I'm not a doctor, but what you're saying sounds a lot like bipolar disorder. I would go see a doctor to get checked out, before it gets worse or something happens.

I know people with bipolar disorder

GET HELP BEFORE IT GETS WORSE..talk to your parents right now. like get off and talk about getting help, goodluck. this could actually improveyour chances of getting your job because it can get your life back on track

Whatever drugs you,re taking are destroying your mind.
Call the hospital and get checked out.
You have severe issues.

Would say Bipolar

This could be a chemical imbalance in your brain, a mood disorder or an organic brain disorder. You will never know what the problem is unless you see a qualified doctor. With these symptoms there is alot of danger. If, you would act out on these impulses, it could ruin your life(and others lives).A good doctor would try different meds to stabilize you. Please do not worry about it affecting your chances at becoming a paramedic. You need to step outside of your own head and take care of yourself, now. You will not have a future at all if, you act on any of your impulses. If, you want to be a paramedic then you must want to help people. Please, do the right thing and help yourself, first. Good luck.
