im going crazy literally.... help...?!

im almost sure that ive gone crazy... ive been talking to my self laughing for no reason cryin for no reason ive lost all control of my emotions... ive also caught my self staring at a single object and i would get lost in my imagination but not just day dreaming... i cant really explain it. my body has also been feeling wierd lik inside its lik this wierd energy... can any one help???
