Answers:

it would be dependant on the person and how aspergers affects them some people belive that a change in diet can help - glutin and caesin free some people see a change in behaviours and improvement when changing there diet

Behaviour modification techniques sometimes people believe that by gradually introducing the person with aspergers to things they find difficult this can help their condition - but health professionals like doctors psychologists would be able to advise you more re this as obviously this could be very distressing for a person with aspergers who likes routine etc

I know you don't want to consider medication but some medications can help not to sedate the person but there are medications that may help with rituals / obssessiveness some people can experience with aspergers

This is a very difficult question to answer (sorry!) because i dont know how aspergers is affecting the person or how severe it is if the person is still young sometimes as you grow up you learn ways of coping better and managing symptoms of aspergers you could contact your GP he may be able to advise you of other treatment options that may help - and explaine you do not wish to use medication

one book i read which was very very good was freaks geeks and aspergers syndrome this is written from the viewpoint of a teenager with aspergers- and really explaines what it must be like to have aspergers, disscusses issues like diet medication and would be well worth a read ! as it considers and explaines all aspects of aspergers - good luck hope this helped

Well, Asperger's has a wide variety of symptoms. Some of those are just differences, and not really problems. For the parts that are problems (e.g. lacking social intuition) a lot of practice and/or therapy with them is usually best.

depends on where you are, look for any aspergers groups on the net
the best treatment is from someone who points out what you are doing wrong
