i feel very weird???????????????!

this isn't the first time i have gotten this.today waking up i felt this burst of energy.i was laying in bed half awake half asleep i felt i had the energy to lift up a car.getting up from bed,i had fast distorted thoughts as well fast body movements.i feel as if i woke up from a long night of doing hard core drugs.right now the that feeling is gone but,i now feel like im in a fog,my body hurts and i feel like im losing touch with reality. what could this be?
i am very scared.... please tell me what this could be.
