OCD can be a comorbid to ADHD (ADD), and since only 1/3 of all people with ADHD (ADD) have it without a comorbid (on its own) it would be quite common to see people with both. Approximately 25% of individuals with ADHD also have Anxiety disorder(s).

Children with ADHD may have other symptoms that can complicate or exacerbate their symptoms, such as OCD. But that doesn't always mean that if you have one, you have the other. I have OCD and do not have ADHD and I know people who have ADHD but not OCD.
