I feel down all the time, and low about myself....?!

Question: I feel down all the time, and low about myself....?
I am in the last year of my a-levels, my friend died last year, and I have been going out with my boyfriend for about a year and a half as we became soul mates through it together (as we both know him). However recently a problem occurred between me a my boyfriend and since then it has made me worse with how I feel. I've sorted this problem between us about 5 times but it keeps re-occuring. I always feel sad, and never really happy. We always have arguments. And I never feel happy about myself or my body or am I confident in anyway at all. I cry a lot too.

I want to feel happy again. And enjoy my life.

What do you think this is?

Thanks.

your grieving for your friend that died. you have not for some reason gone through all of the stages that one goes through with this loss. you need to talk to a professional. some one trained to guide you through the stages of grief. every one goes through these stages at different rates of speed but for some reason you haven't. after a year you should have. please for your sake and the sake of your relationship with your boyfriend seek professional help.

been their with the loss of all my siblings and my parents.

Well i think ur having some sort of depression with ur friends death and boy troubles. You might want to talk to someone or really think about what it is that is making you unhappy and dealing with it. Maybe its someone that is making you unhappy and maybe u should stay away fromm them. Any way try to find something from ur body you like everyday and build on that every one is beautiful, build confidence. good luck

Everyone feels down in life at some point, but we all need to build the courage to get through it. Our mind is really powerful because that is where we make all our decisions. Although sometimes it does work against us, so we have to program it to work for us again. This can be done very simply or may need some time. I suggest you take each day as it comes and have a lot of rest. Drink plenty of fluids like water. Be calm and if anything triggers of then just relax, and be confident. Just think yourself everything will be fine and it shall. We have to think of what we want and it will come to us if we believe in ourselves. Be happy, because you are living for yourself, there is no need to be unhappy. We have life to live to be happy, so forget anything else in the world, and remember the grass is green and picture yourself on a beach and just let yourself be happy, smile and remember you're BEYOUTIFUL.
