Unwanted thoughts help?!

Question: Unwanted thoughts help?
i have unwanted thoughts where i disrespect god or jesus or my religion. I try to stop it but then its to strong and then i think it unintentionly. I then repeat what i do/did untill i dont think of anything like that. It happens regulary. This is also one of the only ocd things holding me back from fully enjoying my life. The consequences i feel i would get if g dont repeat are that i would have a bad life or go to hell. Would these consequences really happen?

thoughts it makes me mad,. i have had them since 2010 sept 2010..
i need them gone as well. they make me sad cause they wont go away,
some people make them worse cause they talk bout them with me.. and asked them not to,
they seem not to hear me.. i hope some one hears u and helps you...
they will go, be busy and then they will go.. and make sure you keep a list of all you can do day time and then it will make them go away, i promise you.. peace

dont let then rule your life and going out places, tell them to go, your minds like a puppy
and wont slow down.. deep breathing works always all day when u feel cant calm down.

Maybe you should take a step back from the church. I was really resenting religion and God and getting really annoyed with jesus talk, but now that I dont go to church, Im much more stable in my faith and I dont have angry or resentful thoughts nearly as much. Some people just do better with God when its just a subtle part of them and not a annoying reasion to wake up early on a weekend.

... or you may be bipolar or schizophrenic. But thats okay. There are alot of normal people with problems like those, you might want to get tested just in case.

Nearly everyone has negative thoughts sometimes. Negative thoughts often occur before negative emotions. It's important to regularly monitor, and deal with a negative internal monologue (self talk), or mental process, such as disturbing thoughts, images, impulses, etc., by the process of (a): recognising it, and (b): challenging it immediately. Use the "Technique For Re-Programming Negative Thoughts" - When you notice something negative, such as: "I can't do this/ am never going to get over this!" or: "Why am I always so useless/such a loser?" or even an image, emotion, or a memory; recognise that it is being generated from the negative part of your mind.

After identifying and labelling it, visualise a large, red, flashing, "STOP!" sign, and/or possibly a stern faced person wagging an index finger at you in a negative manner, then say to yourself as forcefully as you can, even aloud in a big voice, if alone: "I know this tactic: GO AWAY FOR A WHILE !!!" You may want to use either: "ruse", "ploy", "game", or "trick". In the case of an image, visualise a large "STOP" sign, or your preferred version.

Some people go so far as to keep a wide rubber band in their pocket, then put it around their wrist, when they catch themselves backsliding, stretch and release it, as a method of reprogramming their mind sooner, but I don't regard it as being strictly necessary. Remember to remove it, afterwards, if you use this method. Try replacing a negative thought with a positive affirmation of your choice, like: "I am a unique individual, with my own set of skills, and good points", or "I may not be perfect, but I'm doing the best I can, right now". Hypnosis is merely a heightened state of suggestibility, in which you are better able to communicate with your subconscious mind. 85% of people are suggestible, to some degree, so you could either preferably seek professional hypnotherapy, or, if not an option, hypnosisdownloads.com has one about stopping negative thoughts.
