Help, family habbits destroying house part 2?!

Question: Help, family habbits destroying house part 2?
Please read part 1 first. It would make a ton more sense if you do. anyways, My parents work different shifts. My mom works as a beautician ALL DAY for 5 days a week. My dad works night shift as a truck driver, so he sleeps all day for 5 days a week, and they both have off the same time on only 1 day. I would say that my mom has a little bit of possesion issues, because i offer to throw away things all the time and she always says no. which is why our house is the way it is. and why she went and bought me my paps truck a few weeks after he died. off track, sorry. The animals are the WORST part of this destruction. my sisters yorkie is possesive and hates absolutely everybody that he sees unless its family. It goes to the bathroom everywhere. My sister refuses to get it crate trained, and she has poor habbits of taking him outside. My sister has cheerleading like everyday, and she has volleyball afterschool too. I stay afterschool everyday for 2 1/3 hours for a program every day. and then as soon as i get home i go to guitar lessons. and band practice is 3 times a week. my band, not school band. and in my free time i practice guitar, ALOT. and over the summer im getting a 5 days a week job. we all try to clean the house when we can, besides my dad, but it just gets worse usually because of the large breaks we take between cleaning times. im sorry that i ranted so much, but i just needed to vent, and figure out a way how to help my family. We arent even below the poverty line. we make out pretty well with money. i Just want to help my family because this is completely embarising and its putting alot of stress on my parents. Can someone please suggest what we should do? I want to find a way to work around our insanely busy schedual. thank you all so much for taking the time to read this 2 part rant.

I had the same problem..
My house used to be severely disgusting.. until a tragic event that made many police officers and other trained professionals come into our house.
I was and still am under legal age (still considered a child)... so the police officers reported our mess to the Child Protection Services.

CPS really scared the crap out of my parents. They didn't want to lose me, so they got their stuff together and now the house is MUCH better!

I'm not saying you should purposefully have many police officers into your house! I'm saying that possibly you can report your mess to CPS. They are not going to take you away, but they will put a scare on your parents!!!

~Good luck, Sweetheart! xx
