Why do I constantly lack energy?!


Question: Why do I constantly lack energy?
I am a relatively healthy person. I exercise, I eat right most of the time and I take plenty of vitamin and minerals daily with plenty of water. However, I sleep about 8-10 hours a night and I lack energy most of the time. I have a hunch that it is depression, but I'm not sure. Any suggestions? I'm a 19 year old college student.

Try to get involved in a lot of activates and social things too. Wake up your mind.



I believe that all confusion you feel right now is due to the depression you undergo. You know when depression hits a person; everything is affected, from way of thinking to ways of feeling. It triggers your emotional state and if ignored it can cause to panic attack and anxiety. Did you experience significant life changes lately? The first thing you need to do is to talk to your parents or to your love ones and let them know what you are going through, it’s always good to have a support system, they can surely lend a hand. Second is to learn to face your own dilemma and face the fact that you are having a trouble. Evading your problems will not be a great help at all and will only lead to acute issues. Try to do the EFT (emotional freedom technique). EFT has been proven to be successful at treating a wide range of problems, from physical to mental issues as well as more intangible issues such as harmful beliefs and thoughts. Meditation and affirmation is also a great means to calm yourself.

What a coinicidence! I'm a 19 year old college student as well! and i have the same thing as you. But i suffer from depression and anxiety , so im constantly stressed out from school which worsens my conditions. I have no energy to do anything and i sleep a lot! So you might have depression.



I have also gone through what you are right now. I am 17, and I went to the doctor, and they said that I could be over sleeping; though they say to get 8-10 hours, it may be too many for some. It may also be depression, I suggest going to the doctor and asking.



It's because your depress. Better seek for doctor's advice.
