What can i do about depression?!


Question: What can i do about depression?
I have what i believe to be depression. but its less than all the time it just comes and goes at random and with no warning.
When i get this way i feel;
-Tired but also like i need to find somthing to do,
-a little sick in my stomache
-mad at others who are sad around me
-feel alone in this experience
-feel worthless
-left in a blank and dont know where to go next
-and on occasion suicidal
I also notice that i have a lack of intrest in any from of entertainment.
I also want a peer of the opposite sex to share unconditional love with.(Or what i believe this to be bc i barley date and have for sure not felt love yet)
Someone once told me that sounds like manic depressive but i dont know all i know is i need help.
please this is getting very tedious and annoying and im scared of what i might do to myself someone help.

Therapy and Running, therapy will give you someone to talk to and running actually will naturally heal you it helped me



As someone has been struggling with Clinical Depression my whole life I wholeheartedly encourage you to see your doctor about this as soon as possible. Your doctor can help you find a psychiatrist, or therapist who can help diagnose you and find an appropriate treatment. No one should have to feel like this if they don't have to.

Please remember you are not alone. There are people around you who want to help you. Don't be afraid to reach out. You're not 'broken' you just need treatment.
