Question: Should i sneak my ipodtouch to school anyways?
Hi i got my ipod touch yesterday, we spent like 540$ on it. The ipod itself was 400$ then the insurance was 60$ and we bought a wireless router 30$ then a case for it which was 30$. It's my first ipod touch (im 13). My mom said that "im not allwoed to take it too school and if a teacher see's it they will give me a detention and i wont get it back till the end of the year." and i said " i wont play with it" she said "yea you will and if it gets taken your dead" i said "ill keep it in my pocket it will look like a pack of gum" she said "nooooo no just no" i said " i wanna keep it in my locker" she still says NO. The school DOESNT BAN THEM JUST TAKE THEM IF VISIBLE. I'm also in a special study hall because i cant concentrate and i have a counselor follow me around (HUMILATING). Should i just take it anyway? I wanna listen to it on the bus (30 min ride)

Don't bring it to school. Seriously, don't. Just leave it at home, it has NO place in school. That's why they take it away. You have to be pretty desperate to want to "sneak it in school" and "hide it" and "play with it" when no teacher can see. You have no reason to bring it to school. I'm surprised your mom doesn't make you hand it over to her! Actually, I'm surprised you have one so young in general, I hope she monitors what you're doing online on there too.
Nope, leave it at home. Also talk to the school counselor about this adult who keeps harassing you at school. Also respect your mother wishes, your mom or parents had to work hard to afford that luxury of an ipod. If you get it taken away, it's like spitting in your parents faces for not listening to them.
Seriously? Okay, whats better. Getting in trouble by your parents,getting it taken away for the rest of the year and getting a detention OR Not getting any of those things. You choose. Oh ya and btw, teachers and students can tell that its a phone, not a pack of gum.
Obviously we are going to tell you not to take it to school, but obviously you are gonna do it anyway. So, good luck explaining to mom why you lost your ipod.

NO. DO NOT TAKE IT TO SCHOOL.
Taking it to school means you want to show it off to friends and that you are going to play around with it. That's just a given. Even if you think you won't, it's going to happen.
And aside from the teacher finding out, someone is going to steal it. You just advertised all over your post how much everything cost. One of those friends you show it to might happen to have sticky fingers or tell someone else that you have it. And they might take it. Just not a good idea, all the way around.
