Take slow deep breaths... inhale, through nose, while letting stomach go out, then exhale slower, through mouth, letting stomach go down.

PRAY! Sing to yourself or aloud "Jesus loves me, this I know........"

If you can take Benadryl and do not have to drive, you may want to do that.

Have you ever had thyroid THOROUGHLY checked? You should.

God bless

Why would hurting yourself make it stop? You'd just be in pain... it wouldn't stop you from panicking.
You have to give your adrenaline somewhere to go. Do some squats, do a few jumping jacks. Pace around a little. Do deep breathing. Breath in and out very very slowly for at least a couple of minutes.
You could also individually flex all your muscles, first flex one of your arms, slowly, concentrate on it. Then the other arm. Then each leg. Do everything slowly. And most of all keep doing the deep breathing. Your body can't be in a panic if your breathing is relaxed so you have to sort of make that shift. It will pass, that is guaranteed.

Take deep breaths right now. I had these for a while and you just have to find out what is bringing these on and deal with it. For symptom relief, I drank Yogi Kava tea. I felt like I was having heart attacks and this took care of it. Kava sort of numbs you, sounds scary but it relieves the tension in your chest and you can breathe at least. It tastes weird but just gulp it. It will relieve the tension. For stomach, like upset stomach or sour stomach? Kava might help, not sure. Maybe try to put something like saltines in your stomach.

Whatever you do don't hurt yourself! This will pass soon enough.Just stay calm and take deep breaths.Try laying down with your feet elevated.Depending on how bad the pain is you might want to get these attacks checked out.If you know what triggers these attacks it will become easier to control them.Has anything changed recently that may be a trigger?(Such as a break up, death of someone close,or overwhelming workload at school/work/home?)These are just a few triggers. You might want to talk to a therapist to get a better idea of what causes your attacks.Hope everything works out for you. Please be safe! And feel better.

I use to have really bad panic attacks....before taking meds for it....what I would do is close my eyes...take a deep breath, exhale..then slowly count down from 10 to 1...taking special note of my breathing...take measured controlled breathing.....try to think of positive thoughts...things that make you happy....and it will pass....just remember....the Panic Attack WILL PASS.....you may feel painful now...but IT WILL PASS......

Not sure if this will help, but try pinching the skin between your thumb and your index finger. I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that this helps or something. It helps me with my social anxiety. Not sure if it'd help you in an anxiety attack, though. I've never tried it for that.

i have them to all u need to know is your not going to die your fine its just a panic attack if u change your mind set and know youll be fine then your attacks should calm down

You need to go to your doctor as soon as possible and talk to them about how you are feeling.

You should use lorazepam, it is the best about it you can get information from here http://cadmedans7.notlong.com/AAfOjzg

calm down and breathe, exercising helps a ton.
