What is it called when you have the fear of touching people?!

Whenever people go to shake my hand or hug me, I feel weird inside and get totally grossed out. Sometimes at lunch, people will touch my tray by accident and I get a really sick feeling in my stomach and I can't eat the food they touched anymore. I also get anxious when people go to hold my hand or they are about to hug me. I am afraid that I have a mental disorder or if maybe this will continue through my adulthood. I want to marry someday but I am afraid that if I still have the fear of touching people, people will not want to marry me. I just want to know what this is called so that maybe I can get professional help and see if there is any medication out there to help.
