Does this sound like Anxiety?!

Question: Does this sound like Anxiety?
I keep having random dizzy spells, really focused on things, confusion and 'out of reality' vision (like a weak/Fainting feeling). It only last for about 30 - 45 minutes at a time or until i finally calm myself down. This happens at random times. At home, When i walk in stores, etc. I've had a history with drugs in the past but nothing was wrong then, ive never had any medical problems like Asthma or anything. Last year i started having panic attacks ever since i experimented with those Incense's you could smoke to get high with (Yeah i tripped out that bad). Could Anxiety that's lead on from the incense's be whats causing this? Even though it's been a year since ive did anything?

It sounds like anxiety... but you will never know unless you go to a doctor ! good luck.

It doesn't seem like it. Panic attacks only last 10-15 minutes. It would only be anxiety if you were extremely worried about something, or panicking about something. If it is random, then the cause would be unknown to you.

It could be a medical condition, those symptoms sound like migraines. I'd go to a doctor.

What you describe is not a panic attack. You might have panic while it's occurring...but confusion, not being able to focus..that often doesn't happen.

Either way, you need to go to a psychiatrist and get diagnosed so you can get some help.

We aren't trained to help you. We can't look at your medical records, run tests, or examine you.

You can also go to your doctor and explain what's happening...it's important to bring up the drugs and incense so they know what your history is so they can treat you better.

Sounds like anxiety, but I doubt it is from incense. Anxiety brought on by drug use usually takes years to develop, so I would look at what drugs you were doing 5-10 years ago.

Go to your doctor! You could have high blood pressure!

Its possible what your experiencing may be anxiety, although i have anxiety and like someone eolse has posted here, average anxiety attacks last shorter than that, however anxiety effects anyone differentbecause well, everyone is different, you may want to see a doctor or psychologist. I have been diagnosed with anxiety and depression along with ADD and it at times it can be difficult to overcome but thats life, doctors have prescribed e countless medications but well, with councling, it changed my mind set and generall perception on things, ive turned tto drugs and found only temporary relief, its a mindset of stress your in if it is anxiety your going through, and it can get better :] hope ive helped
