i need a way to calm down?!

Question: I need a way to calm down?
i have a big problem i have gotten to the point of where i might kill someone if i lose it i go to school every day and don't say a word to anyone but my two friends but people still wont leave me alone which is all i want anymore but this one guy wouldn't leave me alone and everything got kinda blurry and silent and i sort of lost control for a few seconds and i had really bad thoughts at the time but lucky enough my friend showed up before i did anything and i calmed back down i am really trying to avoid this happening again and i am up for any ideas. happy thoughts, stress ball, and leaving don't work any more and i would rather not take depression pills cause i don't want to end up committing suicide as a side effect

What About Start Boxing classes? UFC training Or Even Rugby? maybe Violence is the answer in this case :S

Please don't do anything. See a counselor. This reminds me of the columbine story, I don't want anything like that to happen again. Talk to somebody. You don't need to commit suicide its not worth it.
Forget the bullies. Just ignore them. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Columbine_High_School_massacre

Hey man i had this when i was in school too. I punched my own friend in the face and didnt realise till after it happened. I literally puched him and came to earth after i hit him and asked him if i just hit him. It happened that quick and i didnt even know. Iv had anger issues up until now (20) and i just finished a security course because i thought it would be fun and they teach you to stay calm and control the situation. If you escelate the situation you have failed your job etc. And that was honestly like anger managment for me. I stay calm and think about the situation and control it instead of make it worse. And its better than going to anger managment classes because you have to admit you have a problem. It was the best thing i ever did.

I used to be the same way you are and it's finally took a really good friend to open my eyes that self destructive behavior like that isn't good - especially if you want to be around to be there for someone.

Best thing I can tell you is to just let things slide off you. Easier said than done I know. There's days I want to go through work with a baseball bat but in the end, it's really not worth it. You're going to have to find your inner calm yourself, nobody can find that for you but the best recommendation I could make is that when you get so mad think of what you'd be losing if you really lost it and lashed out. Once you figure out what's most important to you that you don't want to lose, you'll be just fine.

Best of luck to you!
