Help. i'm like really confused about this guy! honest opinions needed?!

so he's my classmate and we hang out together quite a lot. He used to sit with me in class and even asked for my (new) number, and when I finally gave him, he wouldn't call, until I once sent him a msg saying whats up. Also, he kind of once asked me out on facebook chat, but I joked about it because I wasnt sure about my feelings.. Recently, we had a night out and we ended up taking a hotel room because it was too late to go back to dorm and ended up in the sleepin on the same bed. By morning, he fondled with my breasts. After that incident, he totally tried ignoring my calls and msgs for over 5 days. And when I finally confronted him about it, he goes like 'You're my close friend. Nothing more'. Things got pretty normal after that as there was nothin awkward and we sometimes hang out, until last night he called me late in the morning and that he wanted to come to my room. We watched a comedy movie together and by morning, he tried to fondle with my breasts again. This time I asked him 'Hey what are you doing'. And he goes like 'I wanna grab your boobs'. But I kind of fought back because I'm REALLY confused about his intentions. He lay awake for about a minute and left without even letting me know. Please help! I need your honest opinions. Thanks
