I come to the realization that i may have an eating disorder?!


Question: I come to the realization that i may have an eating disorder?
i mean i don't eat until 4 and i only eat snacks like mini wheat cereal dry, popcorn,nuts, crackers etc. and then fruit around 6 like an apple and grapes then yogurt

and if i do i eat a full meal i only have one like yesterday i only had bagel with peanut butter and apples+ blueberries.

i weigh about 103 pounds and i'm 5'2-5'3

i'm scared to gain weight is that anything i can do to eat more regular though ?

today i was planning to eat what i mentioned in the first part and maybe a slice of pizza ....

See a doctor. Limiting foods, only eating at certain times and fear of weight gain is classic for ED and it's not really something you can get over yourself. 103lbs for 5'3" is really low.



Thanks for your asking good question. i think your weight and height is very good but the problem is u cant eating properly for that my suggestion is at least half and hour u run aware it must be sweating then become hungry .
