Meditation is the best stress buster, period! Exercise is good also but as a non physical practice meditation wins my vote.Its hard to explain unless you experience it for yourself.Practicing meditation is very good for your overall health as it slows your heart rate down and releases feel good chemicals from your brain that override the stress.All i can say is try it and you wont look back,it will be your secret stress buster

The best method is always what you believe that can help you overcoming it. However, I often look myself in a mirror and say I can every time it is up to me to do something.

Pray, breathing, walking, excercising, hugs, love, diet, writing, not taking yourself so damn serious.... music.....



i usually laugh about some things or i write everything out..it really helps me to talk to someone too =) just to let it all out
