Question: ..bipolar person who laughs..Almost all the time?
I know a bipolar, and all they do it laugh..constantly. about stuff thats not funny. there's occasional crying every once in a while but mostly laughs. whats wrong?

I'd guess that they are bi polar, unsure of "normal" behavior, whatever that might be and over compensating. He's masking his lack of social grace or "correctness", whatever that might be, The rest is the emotional roller coaster we call bi polar.
Maybe they are a little manic....
