call Denver General Hospital and ask them and Colorado University Health Care center,
I know there is an indigent program there that you can get health care from, it has centers several places throughout denver, if you are in denver./metro.
Otherwise, call and ask the health department closest to you , and listed in the blue pages.
You can also check the yellow pages under clinics. and call them.
It sounds like you need healing and to find the source of your anxiety, not more meds..
You could try this free self help method on your anxiety , eftuniverse.com, click on 'get started free' it works wonders on many things.

"I had suffered generalized anxiety for more than two years and I can tell you that Charles' Linden Method helped me when I thought nothing could help me. I took medications like Valium, Zoloft, Lexotan, Xanax which had no effect over my anxiety, except making me feel very dizzy every day. Now it has been one year since I gave up the medication and I feel OK again."

Just go to any hospital.they have to treat you.say you feel real shaky and terrible.
Then tell that to whatever doctor you get.he can prescribe what you need.
The President's great health-care law
