I went to the site and just read this post http://operationbeautiful.com/release-fo… and it is kinda what happened to me on like Friday or Saturday, or both. I was having so many stressful issues and when the rest of the week I'd been actually NOT hating how I look, I suddenly started to again on like Friday or Saturday. There's a little more reason behind it but still, I definitely think that stress played a part in this happening.
