Answers:

I'm not sure if you're a people person, but if you are, just surround yourself with people you love. If you do, there is no way you can self-harm, and when you're done hanging out or whatever you do, you feel refreshed and hopefully happy!

You give me so much hope, because you are so strong for fighting this for 11 years. Good luck!

And to the annoying troll, you can't mess around with this. It's immature and rude. You obviously have "Mental Health" problems if you think giving up is ok.

Whats the point if you know things won't get any better.....

It's a strong thing to say.
Here's the point. Hope. Hope for a better life. Hope for living the life of your dreams.

Then...act on that hope. Believe on that hope.
Then see how things change for you.

I'm trying to do the same....

Fight for your right to live the life you want to!
FIGHT IT.

Things will always get better :)
Join a local Church and become involved. It can lift your spirits.
And remember, harming yourself harms the ones around you. And there are people around you, people that love you. Truly think about all your most important people. They love you.

In your universe your word is law - whatever you believe is what will be true for you. If you believe things won't get any better then that is what you create. You need to do some work on yourself. Get some professional help from a good NLP practitioner.

give up.
end the pain.
do you really want to suffer everyday for the rest of your life?
