Why do I regret everything I do?!

Question: Why do I regret everything I do?
Like if I talk to someone and right after I leave I'm thinking about what I said and then I regret it! like if I shouldn't of said that even if it wasn't bad. Like I have this big fear of being humiliated and I want everything to be perfect and if it doesn't I start to freak out. A while ago I worked so hard on this website and tried my best to make it look good, now I regret making it because I feel like it's horrible and people will start complaining. I also posted the link on my facebook status and I regret it :( This happens every day. Is this normal? I just don't want to do anything or talk to anyone because I'm afraid I'll regret it....

First of all, forget about the whole idea of Regret. It's not important. Results are important! You need to build up your confidence!!! I used to have bad confidence coming from an abusive environment and school (popularity complex) e.t.c. but I don't any more. It took will power to change, supplements: I take omega 3s, multi vitamins and Mind Boost by Mastermind Supplements (the first two every day) the latter, 3 times a week, and a healthy diet and exercise, to make me realize that I am worth a lot. That I am super talented and that even though I'm not perfect, I don't care what others think of me. I'm not rude by any means, I abide by society's rules, but I am confident now, something I wasn't before. Confidence will kill regret. That's what you need to do. Become Confident!-- Don't let society rule you! Rule Society!

no one can tell you why you regret everything you do, not even a psychologist. but really, you shouldn't regret anything that you have done, for it is in the past. learn from your mistakes... and then move on. and don't we all fear being humiliated? and life isn't about perfection. things will be so difficult if you want things to be "perfect" all the time. because, after all, nobody is perfect. strive for excellence, not perfection. and being happy doesn't mean that everything is perfect. being happy means you have decided to see beyond those imperfections. and if you worked that hard on your website, you should be proud of it, no matter what anyone says. don't let people who don't matter bring you down. talk. as loud and as often as you want. your friends shouldn't complain about the things that you say. and if they do, they're not your real friends and you're better off without them. ily and hope you feel better :) <3
