bro every 1 in life undergoes such stages.... so firstly ur not alone...... secoundly, regardless of wheather u can define your problem of anxiety or not doesnt matter . ur ultimate goal is to get over it...

so simple dont try finding solution or thinking much about it . it will surely indulge u into more of this anxiety . instead , simply ignore its presence and do your daily life.....
go out iwht ur friends or some thing which u love to do... anxiety is like fever .... it wont go ff within a flash or by consuming a pill.. it iwill come down slowly .. so simply ignore its presence and kepp indulging urself into your works.... no problem be happyyy...

maybe caffeine addiction? i have the same problems sometimes. If i dont get my coffee every 5h i start feeling bad (depressed) and start getting stomache pains and sometimes headaches. it also can cause you to not be able to sleep well sometimes.
it would also help a lot if you would say how old you are and what sort of job you do (or if u still go to school). So yeah, if you drink coffee (or other drinks containing caffeine) it might be because of that.

I suffer with anxiety all the time and am now on medication for it. You just have to try and slow down and take deep breaths, going for a walk usually helps me sometimes to. I would go to your docs though if it carries on, thats what I did in the end. I know what causes mine, so there must be something triggering it off. Family problem maybe, or some issues at work. Have a think about that. When your feeling anxious, try and remember what you were doing or thinking about etc.
Good luck.

It distracts me and then i dnt even think abt my anxiety.. It only gets bad when i am alone.. Bt then i call a friend or get on facebook or something like tht to take my mind off of it.. Its worked for me so far.. I hope u figure it all out!

a lot of things can trigger anxiety, too much sugar relationships and stress, stress is the biggest cause! ive had anxiety for 5 years but its because i work myself up too much. medetation is a great helper and im on a prescribed drug called citalopram which is amazing. just take the time to relax and sit quietly and listen to relaxing music i fing native american pan pipe music is helpful, breath deeply and be good to yourself. when you have bad thoughts about yourself ignore them theyr just the cause of stress retrain your thinking pattern by telling yourself the good points of yourself and dont dwell on the negative thoughts as that would make you worse..love and light

breathe deep and slow and atke valium

you should go to doctors immediately.

Retired Psychotherapist.
When you are stressed, the body produces so-called fight or flight hormones, which prepare your body when you feel threatened.
Adrenaline and noradrenalin cause your blood pressure to rise above its normal level, increasing your heart rate and perspiration levels. These chemicals can also reduce blood flow to the skin and also affect the digestion.
When you are stressed you may experience anxiety, fear, anger, frustration, distorted thoughts and depressed feelings. Combined, these feeling may make you feel unwell, alone and desperate; you then begin to worry that you have some new supper medical problem which causes even more stress and this can build more and more as the cycle goes on.
When you are stressed you become withdrawn, indecisive or inflexible. If you are unable to sleep properly, you will become moody, less productive, intolerant and hard to handle.
You may be irritable or tearful; you may experience changes in your sexual habits and even if you were previously mild mannered, you may suddenly become verbally or physically aggressive. These are all natural reactions to stress and anxiety, but for those people who have to live or work with you, these can be very damaging indeed.
What is the solution?
The solution is a combined programme of practical stress reduction, anxiety elimination and supportive counselling from a qualified psychotherapist or obtain a CD or Tape to teach you how to relax and your stress/anxiety would fade away.

I had panic attacks in college - I was broke and the courses were so hard I could barely keep up. I had them in elevators and if I went way back into Wal Mart because I felt stuck in there. There are several things that will help when you can't fix the source of the stress. 1. Absolutely no caffeine. 2. deep breathing - lie down, take your shoes off, unfasten your belt and take your watch off, breath in and out slowly pretending you have lungs in your feet - then in your legs, stomach chest and head and pretend that the air is traveling in and out in those places one at a time. 3. Go to a doctor and get beta blocker pills which block the adrenalin fight/flight response. 4. Go to a therapist and get tranquilizers 5. Take a vacation or do anything to get your mind off of your stressors for a few hours. These things only help you some. Getting rid of the real stressors - in my case it was hard courses in college and money worries - will make the panic attacks go - but it may not be possible for example in my case I had to stick with college till I graduated - then the panic attacks stopped.
