Hello i am 18running(M)..i have noticed that i cant remember anything most of the time,i am still not sure, i think this because i have started smoking from last 6months &i mastrubate daily,is this the reason .??i even have my exams coming on plz help....!!

First question: what are you smoking If ? If you're smoking cigarettes, it shouldn't affect your memory. If you are smoking something else, then it depends on what you're smoking. Masturbation has nothing to do with memory loss. It is a healthy reaction to normal sexual feelings.
If you still don't know the cause of the memory loss, I suggest you see a doctor immediately. Memory loss in 18-year-olds is not normal, and may be a symptom of something more serious.
Quit smoking! Do it now while you can.
