You need to get in touch with your doctor. Some foods are not consumable. Grapefruit is one of the ones which causes an adverse effect with the drugs one may be taking.

Grapefruit affects the antipsychotics more than the antidepressants, it decreases the metabolism and increases the half life of the drug. It is best to avoid grapefruit as you can drink other fruit juices.
Has any doctor prescribed Celexa ?
If not please stop taking that.
Instead start taking grapes which have medicinal values.
