Question: Need a list of outlets/hobbies/expression for a better life?
I know it won't happen overnight, but recently I've been feeling so paranoid and guilty and I want it to stop. So, besides doing less of what I'm doing now, I figured having an outlet would help. I used to write but it doesn't help so much now. I used to cut, but once I got help I realized it was wrong and I don't want to go back to that.
I tried googling but nothing came up.
Any ideas?
and yes, I'm aware my lifestyle is sh*t, please dont scold me, or lecture me, because I've been through enough of it and I WANT to change myself for the better.

You could try theater. They're very open-minded usually. I would suggest you go to the school counselor and see what they had for aptitute/interests tests and see what you might be good at. Then use the internet to find out more about these activities. There are some free aptitute/interests tests on line that might help also. Search it. Good for you for wanting to make a change. Hopefully, when you know better, you'll do better. The sneaking people over and screwing around only makes you feel worse instead of better. Remember: the only person's opinion of you that counts, is yours. However, that also means that if you steal, you know you're a thief, and if you act like a slut, then you know you are a slut. You might be able to hide these activities from other people, but you can't hide them from yourself. Then you feel bad about yourself, and when you feel bad about yourself, you don't believe in yourself and you won't try. You need to want to try.
Give up drinking, smoking, sneaking people over, and doing bad things. Read books, write your feelings down in a journal, spend lot's of time in the sun, and get a few pets. Change your lifestyle completely, in order to be a better person, and feel like one. You can try painting, singing, going for long walks, helping other people, or making things like jewellery ECT. I do all of these things, and it helps me a lot.
You can now tell others it wasnt worth it of all the things you did and maybe make them stop
