Sound like you have Social Anxiety Disorder. I have it too. It means that I constantly assess situations, wondering if people thought I acted weirdly, and I still cringe over things I said months ago. It's a pain, isn't it?
I really think you need someone to talk to. Go to your doctor and they can recommend something, or at least speak to an understanding friend.

Good luck :)

I'm the same way. You might be a perfectionist or have a negative outlook on things. I think you just need to realize we can't change our past, but we can learn from it. So if you are having trouble with even good things, just know that it was positive in some way and if it wasn't negative you should tell yourself it was for the better.

I've felt like that before. The best thing you can do is talk to a friend or family member about it whenever you start to regret something. When I felt that way, I thought it would last forever, but you will heal from it eventually if you think positively. I believe in you! =3

That is likely to meet the criteria for Social Anxiety Disorder. But it's treatable, and better yet curable if you're willing to really work at it.

Maybe you think that people are judging your every move. If this is true it could be a sign of Social Anxiety Disorder. Talk to your doctor.
