Alternatives for suicide?!

Question: Alternatives for suicide?
I'm not suicidal, so I'm looking for some alternatives.

Counseling I've tried, but unfortunately, I cannot seek counseling again for a few more years.
Hotlines - I'm not comfortable talking on the phone.
I'm not religious, so I'm not going to a church/spiritual advisor.
I have no friends to talk to.
Self harming isn't an option, because I'm a wuss and don't like pain.

I don't even know if I'm depressed. I'm self diagnosed. I'm 21, and I literally hate my life 90% of the time.

So what can I do? My college education is at risk here. I can't receive free counseling anymore, because it was limited access.

Look college is sometimes overwhelming so it may be good to take a break. Are your parents putting pressure on you.? Your 21 so take control of your life. I think the school would offer something. One person gave you a list of agencies that will help so call some of them. And I am sorry you don't know God but he is always available to listen.

Sorry to hear about your counseling. :(
Maybe you can try volunteer work, depending if you're willing or not. Maybe if you gave your life more of a purpose, it'd feel better. Of course, that's up to you and how you would perceive it after you tried volunteer work.

Talk to ur parents or find some of ur contacts that u have online.Sometimes strangers can help u more than someone u know.Strangers don't know u so they will not hesitate to talk openly with u and tell u whats what. They don't even know the same people u do.Good luck and God bless

Music, music, more music :)
Writing/literature, art, nature, etc
Find something you're passionate about.

You're at college currently? What are you going for? There's some hope for you career wise. If you need friends, talk to some people on the campus.

Talk to a counselor at your college.
