I feel very claustrophobic in classrooms and get panic attacks, HELP!!?!

Question: I feel very claustrophobic in classrooms and get panic attacks, HELP!!?
What can I do??

Answers:

I have panic attacks a lot. But before I let it REALLY happen, I take deep breathes and drink some water. If there's no water around I just think of something I really like, like singing or something. I'm sure most men would think of sex hahaha

could you talk to your teacher or a school counsellor they may be able to talk it over with and perhaps give you some breathing exercises to try just to relax you if you talk to your teacher maybe if they knew you could maybe sit near a window just to make you feel less trapped
if you think you may need more help see your doctor dont suffer .

deep slow breaths and disolve any valium type tablet under tongue
dont tense up or fight back

get self help books on overcoming panic attacks and agoraphobia

Learn to breathe deeply making your belly pop out. This relieves anxiety. When people have panic attacks they usually are breathing too shallow.
