What can I do to stop?!

You need to get yourself help. Self-harm is a very hard thing to get over yourself. However, if you are unwilling to do that, you need to at least try to resist. Self-harm is an addiction. It's something that'll get worse and worse the more you do it. You don't want to end up with fifty scars up and down your arms. You can also end up cutting yourself too far, which can lead to a verrry painful death.

I've been through the same thing. I was bullied in school, and that was one of the major things that got me down. I'm here for you, and I definitely care.

have you told anyone about these bullies,?if not then do no-one should be allowed to treat people so badly that they want to do things like that to themselves.I was also bullied at school and would go home and do the same sort of things as you.I know it isn't easy to tell anyone you will have to be strong your doing your homework so you must want to do well at school i don't blame you for missing school i use to but my exam results were terrible because skipping became a habit,do not let that happen to you why should these people ruin your education .Are you able to tell any family? when i first told my teacher i was too scared to go face to face so i wrote down what was happening and how it was making me feel and the thigs i was doing and gave her the letter.She came to talk to me away from everyone else and i did feel better to realise people do care and that it wasn't my fault the bullies have the problems and yet it was me getting hurt there is no shame in seeking help bullies only work if they think they will get away with it i hope you find strenghth to rise above them and realise that they are in the wrong.

You could get help (not to be mean at all) I use to have this same problem I realized I had to give it up because my friends wouldn't accept it. Sometimes you just have to look away form the bullying and ignore it I know it isn't easy! Not to be a smart a*$, but if u only do it with the metal on your pencil... get mechanical pencils... break off the the little clip n to things thingy (sorry dont know what you call it) so u wont be tempted. hope I hwlped...

A) go clean it... Hydrogen peroxide should be good.

B) this sounds cliche, but can you talk to your parents at all?

C) talk to me? I've been bullied and i've been a cutter. I'm willing to talk and try to help you if you want it.

Just smile at BULLY`S, and if they call you names repeat it back and say if I am a - - - - - - then you must be the same and just smile, as if it does not matter, you don`nt give a ****. Who cares what they think, they have the problem no you. And let the people at your school know that you are bully-ed. I call them the POOBARS, they are the one`s that are supposed to stop this bullying, and they are getting paid for it. The prison`s are full of BULLY`S and no one stops them. Every one in prison is a BULLY.It is about time people had a POOBAR day to let them know that it is these POOBARS who job it is to stop the Bullys. AND IF THEY DID THAT WE MAY NOT HAVE AS MANY BULLYS IN PRISON. Let us now put out this message to the POOBARS that we are not going to put up with it. ( POOBARS is just a name that I thought was appropriate to give these people , as I said get paid to look after us from BULLYS. And that goes down to the court judges that do nothing, they smack them on the willy and say do not do it again. What rubbish, of cause they will do it again, as the POOBARS do not care , they are getting paid very well thankyou and why do I want to rock the boat, and tell people that they cannot do their job. I would not go to school get as many other people world wide , communicating through the computer to get them to do the say . TAKE A DAY OFF WORLD WIDE ON THE SAME DAY IN PROTEST ABOUT THE POOBAR`S. we NEED A POOBARS DAY. It could become world wide how good and how much fun. If you think of it as fun, then you may do somrthing about it. Let your friends know and start using this term so that they realise that you mean business Their are the POOBARS ( the people`s job it is to stop bullying. And the POOBAREE`S they are the BULLIES. OH I cannot wait. Get to it , but I hope that your parent`s know that you are being bullyed. But do not give up. You do not have to be disrespectful and polite., just tell them that`s what you are going to do. You could ask them if it was them would they put up with being bullyed.!
