Question: Can sleep effect if you worry too much about something?
I haven't been sleeping well at all, say about 4 hours of sleep most everyday, can this effect me mentally? and if so, how?

lack of sleep is extremely bad for your health. it ruins your metabolism, and can lead to weight gain and premature aging, as well as extreme stress. this stress can cause you to worry a lot.

If you are stressed out while going to bed, it can b hard to sleep because u are thinking about that stressful thing. Things like doing hw in bed or in ur room can affect your sleep because hw can be very stressful.



definetly.. being sleep deprived can make you sick and impair mental function



Yes. It will make you irritable and groggy.
