Help? I lost my motivation, sometimes very moody, what can I do, I don't fe!

Question: Help? I lost my motivation, sometimes very moody, what can I do, I don't feel like I care enough anymore? :(?
I used to be a good student...most of my grades were fine, except for in this one class...I keep on failing tests/quizzes and my math teacher gives us way too much homework, and I procrastinate too much and fall behind and all that...and I go back in forth between moodiness, numbness, or random spurts of being happy...I am only a freshman in high school...I am taking honors classes and have been before this year; although this year I have also been very much lacking in sleep...I usually wake up very tired and although it seems to go away or on and off during the school day, when I get home... :/
I am frustrated with my math class and need to try harder, but...just like now. I don't want to do anything anymore...I am tired of the workload, of me pushing all of it off until later...I usually try to do it eventually, but by then it's late and so yeah...
I also find myself getting moody by the smallest little things, could it be because of stress or a lack of sleep? I never used to be like this. :( And other people don't seem to be affected like me...in middle school, I believe I got an average of about six to seven hours of sleep; alright...this year it has varied, sixish, five, sometimes less...
I want somebody to push me harder...like my parents...but at the same time I can hate it...
I have tried going to tutoring after school, but each time we have a question we're supposed go up and ask her I feel iffy and not wanting to work on it...or when I think I've gotten it, not anymore...

Have I been procrastinating so long that I am just used to it -but then, it's leading to this...Or is it partly due to just being a teen?:(

Hi,

You need sleep, no doubt about it. A lack of sleep will taint all events in your life.

1 - Accept that perhaps you will fail the math class this year and it won't be the end of the world. Better failing a math class than failing on your health or getting overly depressed about it, and doing something stupid. Einstein and Gates have failed at school...This will take the stress out and you'll do better.

2- Have faith in your life that things will come out right, whatever happens. And when I say faith I don't necessarily mean in God, but God is alright too :). There is the Law of Attraction (Esther Hicks books and videos) that provide a way of positive thinking, acceptance and a way of life to relax. Some people believe very hard in it, and some don't at all. I use it to provide a backdrop to quit worrying and having some trust in life.

After all, its only One Math Class in your life, and life is so much more about than that. You'll be fine!

3- Use your situation to become a better person and to learn how to cope. Take steps creatively to improve on your sleep - meditate, yoga, treat yourself to a bath. Make it a nurtiring occasion for yourself. Be proactive.

You need to unstress, take care, have faith and things will turn out well. You'll do and be fine! Trust me! Enjoy today

oh i'm like that but i usually sleep only 3 to 4 hours, almost emotionless, but you just need a way to manage your time because i'm in 2 ap classes and 2 honors so i think you just need to find a someone or something to motivate you ( and if there is too muh work just get a study hall or open period)

There is a deficiency in the secretion of a hormone called serotonin. So take appropriate drugs and you will be again brisk and busy.

I think the best thing to do would be to think for yourself a rewarding experience that would come not only from doing the math homework, but be a mathmatical equation too ;)p

you need to find God.

Sweetie, I can see where you’re coming from, your frustration and depression is coming from your hatred in math. No worries, you are not alone in this issue. You know if we don’t like what we do and we feel like we have to do it because it’s a requirement, it can truly make us angry or mad or it can totally affect us. And it can lead to procrastination. However procrastinating too much is not good and helpful. Remember our words are very powerful that can affect our daily lives and actions. I strongly suggest taking this issue as a challenge instead a curse. Challenges are part of our growth and without them; our lives are just going to be stale and stodgy. You may want to take time to read this http://attractingabundancehq.com/life-an… its very helpful.

And check this out http://attractingabundancehq.com/video-r… they offer help to eradicate or lessen procrastination.

It reads like you're tired of pushing yourself, you've been doing it for so long you're probably just tired. And MATH, there are a lot of us out there that isn't passing that test and I mean a lot! Try not trying so hard and just do your best. You can't stop educating yourself but you can do your best without all the drama you're creating for yourself. Relax and do your best.
