Question: My sister is addicted?
my sister stole from my stepfather lots of money...enough for grand theft. she is addicted to painkillers. she is dating a felon who committed armed robbery and domestic violence. My parents went to the police because we are afraid of this guy. My sister swears he has nothing to do with the theft. I think she is taking the blame for him but I don't know. Can parents drop the charges if we just want her to go to rehab?

yep since their the one who made the charges
She needs to go to rehab! And I think if she goes to rehab they may drop charges if she goes! BUT I think they should keep the charges!
