Me neither.
I remember one incident were I was coming back from class and was quite hungry, so I bought Mcdonalds on the way home. I was on the subway, eating, and everyone was staring at me.
It was incredibly awkward
That's odd behavior indeed.
I accept the fact that you are very healthy and that you only buy and prepare healthy foods. But do you also enjoy cooking?
Some people really enjoy cutting up the ingredients and preparing dishes from scratch. But perhaps you don't for some reason. Are you afraid that if someone comes in while you are preparing a meal that they might criticize what you're doing or how you're doing it?
Well, it's none of their damn business, is it?
There are probably some negative experiences you have had which have led to this. I am a therapist and one of my specialties is in releasing distress tied to past experiences. I utilize an alternative therapy approach that is very effective and short-term. I can do sessions by Skype. My website is www.PositiveEnergyTrans.info
Dear Elien,
this is a normal thing you have to ignore your fears and just be urself. try to follow the eating manners and dont worry about others staring......keep rocking n eating.
just ignore your fears, breathe deep and slow to relax and eat normally, as long as you dont dribble or eat with mouth open, no one will pay any attention to you
Nothing wrong.Eat
