This second event may be a learned experience now from what you went through the first time. Fear can be a powerful thing.
I think your parents should first take you do the doctor and have him do a physical check up. I assume youre in your teens, and you may just have some kind of hormonal imbalance going on .. and it will change soon. However, if you keep drawing on the trauma of past experiences, then this is setting you up for an unwelcome habit pattern.

You control your mind, your mind doesnt control you. Right now your mind is like a car w/o a driver. Get into the drivers seat and when you have these thoughts.. tell yourself. Stop it. Im not going to think on it. Think of something ahead of time..then think on the pleasant thing when you get sad.
It wont work at first, but after while it will. Whenever, you see your mind headed there.. put something else there. Turn on the TV or listen to a song. Dont let this dig a rut in your mind, or your " car" will keep going in the same "ditch."

Hun this is not normal. If you are serious you need to talk to your parents about seeing a psychiatrist.
You might have depression. Look up depression and see if the symptoms look familiar to you. Good luck

Consult a psychiatrist

you are sad sir
