Panic attacks anxiety problems please please help!?!

Question: Panic attacks anxiety problems please please help!?
I am a teenager and since starting secondary school I have had really bad anxiety problems. My mum says they are hormonal and so does the doctors. I'm too young to be given a prescription or any medicine and they diagnosed me with anxiety. So recently this happened this week I was in the middle of assembly and felt really hot. I then felt like I couldn't breath properly I wasn't nervous about anything... And I had a panic attack I told my friend and she told me to sit up and try to breath but I couldn't. Eventually the assembly ended and I went to the nurse. This has terrified me and I don't want to get another on the problem is we have a really long assembly tomorrow and im terrified it will happen again. How can you calm down if your having one... How can you stop them happening it is truly terrifying me and It is ruining my social life I use to be quite confident but this has trulyy ruined me and now im a nervous wreck... Please please help!

You could try "Rescue Remedy" you can buy it in almost every pharmacy, it's a flower remedy so anyone can use it and its supposed to relieve feelings of stress and anxiety, it comes in a little bottle and you just put a few drops on your tong when your feeling nervous or put some in your water bottle, you should try it, I have heard its good.

Panic Disorder often begins in late adolescence or in the early adult years and can be limited to a single period lasting several weeks or months. Bridges to Recovery provides a safe atmosphere in a residential treatment setting to identify the symptoms associated with this psychiatric disorder. The healing process takes time and must begin with baby steps. Individual therapy sessions four times a week are where the work begins. "I had suffered generalized anxiety for more than two years and I can tell you that Charles' Linden Method helped me when I thought nothing could help me. I took medications like Valium, Zoloft, Lexotan, Xanax which had no effect over my anxiety, except making me feel very dizzy every day. Now it has been one year since I gave up the medication and I feel OK again."

try medidtation and some yoga, and some walking out doors, and walks for one hour safe place is good, get some sunshine 30 mins every day, winter keeps u indoors alot, so when snows off the road and its warmer out walks clears head..

you tube has guided imagery lots there to use... type in those words,
and then reiki and charka videos... seperate topics type in..

and well use hot tub if you have one in your home 15 mins for mornings and then night time 15 mins or more.

You need to breathe in and out. Breath in (count to 6), breathe out (count to 7). Then when you get a little older an antidepressant may help you :)

i know EXACTLY what youre going through, a couple of years back i got that exact panick attack feeling when i was every in a place with loads of people absolutely silent. I felt under a huge pressure, palms got sweaty , breathing got extreme.
You need to adress the problem ( which you have) and avoid the situation, go to a teacher, explain it all and ask if you can be excused from assembly from then on, see if you can just sit in the offic or something
if thats not possibble, ask if you can sit at the back, you'll feel less pressure, and if things feel bad you can leave without people noticing!
