How does a sleeping pill affect the brain?!

Question: How does a sleeping pill affect the brain?
Is it ok to feel like you're in motion after you went to bed, like you're moving with the bed even tho you're standing still? or seeing strange things coming of the wall?

Is that an indicator of a neurological problem? and is my brain damaged somehow safter that?

Answers:

Is this after you have taken a sleeping tablet? Or why you want to take one?
If it is after, then I would say you have taken one that doesn't agree with you. Is it a prescribed one? Or a natural one from the chemist? Either way, see your GP and explain what it going on. I have tried a few different ones, and not all of them agreed with me. In the end I stopped using them as I would then feel 'down' for a few days after. The best thing to help me sleep is by reading a book until I literally cannot keep my eyes open!
Good luck.
