There is nothing wrong with talking to yourself, it is perfectly normal and healthy!
The "paranoia" sounds like an exaggerated reaction to a bust up with your friend. There is something quite normal about that too! At this stage there is no evidence of anything that should cause you any concern about having a mental health problem!

Well, when I was 15, I talked to myself also, not having large conversations with myself, just kinda explaining things to myself for some reason. It went away after a while. If you find yourself talking as though there is another person right there listening and/or responding to you, maybe talk to your parents or guardians about it. Don't worry about it though, if you had anything serious wrong with you, there would be more symptoms or mental health problems.

Talk to parents go to a therapist. It'a a mental problem I think, I have bunch of them but I forgot them by doing things that's how I overcome them.Find a hobbie start finfing a girl, some friends ,talk to your previous friends, read books, start a sport and see movies with your family and friends or cartoons, when I have problems and it's like God making me having problems after solving or just overcome one.And not simple problems. But generally, live your live. And all these things even if they exist they will just exist nothing else. Also relax man, find yourself and develop it.In these age you know what's good to these maybe mental problems :study, friends, hobbies,a girl ;) :), support your family(even if they don't understand you, do new things and all that :D :D :D :D!!!!!!!!

MangaKatie, please see your guidance counselor and/or a doctor as soon as possible. He or she can determine if what you are suffering from is just normal hormones or if it's something that needs further attention. If it turns out that you are suffering from depression (or something else), there are many treatments out there that can help you feel better. In the meantime, turn to Psalm 34:18 in your Bible; I find it very encouraging. Peace and a hug to you, MagnaKatie.

if i were you i would speak to your parents about this because it could be very serious and hopefully they will look into taking you to a psychiatrist
